Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) cooperates with Finnish banks and credit institutions as the payment service provider and payment service provider. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the account statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ.) (Head office address Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden) we offer the following payment methods where payment is made directly to Klarna:

Invoice: the payment period is 14 days from the delivery of the products. Billing surcharge € 4.90 per order.

Flexible installment payment: you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the amount of the debt (however, always at least EUR 5.00 including interest on the remaining debt).

Fixed installment fee: you can choose from different monthly installment options at checkout. The installments decrease monthly as the outstanding loan amount decreases.

Promotional Invoice: If your purchase has been offered the option of an extended payment period of 1-3 months for a start-up fee (e.g. "Buy Now, Pay in February"), you can pay for your purchases according to the terms of your promotional invoice.

In order to provide you with Klarna's payment methods, we will pass on information about you to Klarna, such as your contact information and order information, so that Klarna can assess whether you can be offered different payment methods and provide you with suitable payment methods.

Stripe is a secure and easy payment method. When you select a credit card payment on the Payment Method page of the CFLINE Store online store, Stripe acts as the payment intermediary. Payment is made directly on the e-commerce website and you will not be directed to another service. By paying with the credit card payments offered by Stripe, you accept the Stripe terms and conditions, which can be found here.

Delivery methods and costs

The alternative delivery methods and costs for each product will appear when the product is added to the shopping cart. Delivery methods depend on the size and weight of the product. Delivery methods are currently Posti, Matkahuolto and DB Schenker

We use travel service, mail and db schenker to deliver shipments. We will always ship the products no later than the next working day. When the shipment arrives to be picked up, you will receive an arrival notification at your home address. The products can then be picked up immediately.

Products can also be picked up from our office, please call in advance.

Delivery time

The aim is to deliver orders on the order day (orders placed before 15.00) or during the next working day.

If any of the products you have ordered are out of stock, we will notify you immediately. If you wish, we will send the entire order as soon as we receive the missing product. The aim is to deliver the orders in full. If a product is out of stock for a longer period of time and we are unable to receive more of it within a reasonable time, the order can be delivered in parts.

Our online store also includes demonstration products that we do not normally stock.
