Runva offers a limited lifetime warranty to the first buyer of the winch. The lifetime warranty covers any material and manufacturing defects in the factory. Electrical parts such as motors, solenoids, wiring, controllers and other parts have a limited 2 year warranty. There is no warranty on the steel wire and synthetic rope after commissioning. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or if the winch is damaged in an accident due to misuse, overload or improper installation or maintenance.
