Purpose of the register

The personal data stored in the customer register is used to manage customer relationships, orders and

communications and other online services.

Information content of the register

The register collects basic information about the data subject, such as:

 - Name

 - address

 - phone

 - Email

Regular sources of information

The registrar registers information about the user of the CF Line Online Store,

which the user self-discloses when using the website.

Disclosure of information

No regular disclosure to third parties. No disclosure outside the EU or the EEA.

Registry protection

CF Line's online store customer registry information is stored in the registrar's system,

which is protected by operating system security software.Access to the system requires the entry of a user name and password.

Right of prohibition for the data subject

The data subject shall have the right to prevent the data controller from processing direct data on him or her,

distance marketing and other direct marketing, market and opinion polling, as well as for personal records and genealogy.

Right of inspection of the data subject

The data subject has the right to inspect the personal data stored in the register and to obtain copies thereof.

The request for inspection must be made in writing and addressed to the person responsible for registry matters.

Correcting Information

The Registrar shall, on its own initiative or at the request of the data subject, correct, delete or supplement personal data contained in the Register which are inaccurate, unnecessary, incomplete or outdated for the purpose of processing.

The data subject should contact the controller to correct the information.

The data subject has the right to check the data registered, correct it if necessary or delete it from the register.

There is no need to delete the information required by law for accounting purposes.

Registered information is retained for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose of order management.

No personal profiling is used or personal data is transferred to other systems,

as necessary to process orders (payment and shipping methods)
