Return of Product(s)

For unused or defective products, we grant a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. We will not charge you for returning the product if you return the product via courier or postal service with return labels.

NOTE! Returns must always be agreed upon with the merchant in advance. The complaint period is 14 days from the date of collection.

The defective product can be exchanged for a product of the same or equal value or we will refund the purchase price. The merchant will not reimburse the costs of the return unless the return has first been agreed with the merchant.The merchant will not accept returns sent by postal order. Customer returns only via courier or postal service.


Shipments damaged in transit

Unfortunately, despite careful packing, it is not always possible to deliver the parcels intact. Therefore, it is a good idea to check the condition of the parcel and any damage to the parcel when you pick it up.If the parcel has been damaged in transit, please report the damage immediately to the courier or post office. Please also contact the retailer so that we can arrange delivery of a new product.
